Thanks for checking out our webpage! Fix It Sister was founded by Teri Koski, a local Spokane woman with 20 years of home repair experience. She thinks that the best things in life and business are simple: be honest, do good work, and treat others as you wish to be treated. She has a steadfast commitment to high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service, which her dad exemplified since she was a child. 

     He managed the produce section of a grocery store at a time when good customer service was commonplace. If a customer wanted to know which pineapple was ripe, he would help them find a ripe one, cut it open so they could taste it right there in the store, and wrap it up.  If a customer needed to know which apple variety was for pie, and which was for eating, he knew. He knew that Sue came in on Tuesdays and that she would want oranges. He exemplified customer service by maintaining a thorough knowledge of his products, taking time to assist and educate his customers, and genuinely caring about their needs. This led to a trust that is missing from our customer service experience today. 

     The strong work ethic of her parents has guided Teri's life philosophies and this high level of customer service is what Fix It Sister provides. Good work for a fair price from someone who has walked in your shoes.
